TVI Vision's colour line scan camera employs a prismatic beam splitter to ensure a superb separation of the three colour channels (Red, Green and Blue). The spectral distribution of each signal is standardised. Three CCD linear sensors are bonded to the respective colour output ports of the prism enabling independent detection of Red, Green and Blue signals.
The technology developed and patented by TVI guarantees 3-CCD alignment with a sub-pixel accuracy on pixel by pixel basis.
The spectral distribution of the RGB beam splitter is shown on the below. The RGB beam splitter guarantees excellent spectral distribution of the three colour channels.
The colour signal is digitally converted into 10 bits or 12 bits for output.
TVI colour line scan cameras are typically available in resolution of 1024 and 2048 pixels. For other resolutions, line rates and customer specific solutions please contact TVI. |
